Intégrer Pangle aux enchères

This guide shows you how to use the Google Mobile Ads SDK to load and display ads from Pangle using mediation, covering both waterfall and bidding integrations. It covers how to add Pangle to an ad unit's mediation configuration, and how to integrate the Pangle SDK and adapter into an iOS app.

Requirements

  • iOS deployment target of 10.0 or higher

Step 1: Set up configurations in Pangle UI

Sign up or Log in to your Pangle account.

Add a new application

Navigate to the Applications tab and click the Add App button.

Select the Operating System you wish to create an application for and fill out the rest of the form. Then, click Submit.

Take note of your application's App ID.

Create an ad placement

Once your application has been created, click the Add button to create your ad placement.

Bidding

Select your Ad Format and Ad Placement Name, and select In-App Bidding as the Pricing Type. Fill out the rest of the form and click Submit.

Once your ad placement is created, take note of the Ad Placement ID.

Waterfall

Select your Ad Format and Ad Placement Name, and Global CPM as the Pricing Type. Fill out the rest of the form and click Submit.

Once your ad placement is created, take note of the Ad Placement ID.

Turn on test mode

Follow the instructions in Pangle's How to add a Test Ad guide on how to enable Pangle test ads.

Step 2: Set up Pangle demand in Ad Manager UI

Connectez-vous à votre compte Ad Manager.

Ajouter Pangle "Entreprises"

Accédez à Admin > Paramètres généraux. Accédez à l'onglet Paramètres de compte Ad Exchange, puis vérifiez et activez l'option Partage des signaux sécurisés. Cliquez sur Enregistrer.

Configurer Pangle les enchères

Enchères

Accédez à Diffusion > Enchérisseurs, puis cliquez sur Nouvel enchérisseur dans l'onglet Enchères de SDK.

Sélectionnez Pangle comme enchérisseur.

Activez les options Ajouter la bibliothèque de signaux de cet enchérisseur à la liste des signaux autorisés et Autoriser le partage des signaux avec cet enchérisseur. Cliquez ensuite sur Continuer.

Cliquez sur Continuer.

Cliquez sur OK.

Configurer la mise en correspondance des blocs d'annonces

Enchères

Accédez à Diffusion > Enchérisseurs, puis sélectionnez la société pourPangle dans l'onglet Enchères par SDK.

Accédez à l'onglet Mise en correspondance des blocs d'annonces et cliquez sur Nouvelle mise en correspondance des blocs d'annonces.

Sélectionnez Bloc d'annonces spécifique. Sélectionnez un bloc d'annonces et un format, Application mobile comme Type d'inventaire et votre Application mobile. Saisissez ensuiteApp ID and Ad Placement ID obtenu dans la section précédente. Enfin, cliquez sur Enregistrer.

Chute d'eau

Accédez à Diffusion > Groupes de rendement, puis cliquez sur le bouton Nouveau groupe de rendement. Sélectionnez votre application mobile.

Faites défiler la page vers le bas, puis cliquez sur Ajouter un partenaire de rendement.

Sélectionnez l'entreprise pour laquelle vous avez créé Pangle dans la section précédente. Sélectionnez Médiation SDK pour mobile comme Type d'intégration, iOS comme Plate-forme et Active comme État.

Saisissez le App ID and Ad Placement IDobtenu à la section précédente, puis la valeur du CPM par défaut. Cliquez sur Enregistrer.

Step 3: Import the Pangle SDK and adapter

  • Add the following line to your project's Podfile:

    pod 'GoogleMobileAdsMediationPangle'

  • From the command line run:

    pod install --repo-update

Manual integration

  • Download the latest version of the Pangle SDK for iOS and link all the .framework files and bundles in your project.
  • Download the latest version of the Pangle adapter from the download link in the Changelog and link PangleAdapter.xcframework in your project.

Step 4: Add required code

SKAdNetwork integration

Follow Pangle's documentation to add the SKAdNetwork identifiers to your project's Info.plist file.

Step 5: Test your implementation

The Pangle adapter returns its native ads as GADNativeAd objects. It populates the following fields for a GADNativeAd.

1 The Pangle adapter does not provide direct access to the main image asset for its native ads. Instead, the adapter populates the GADMediaView with a video or an image.

Error codes

If the adapter fails to receive an ad from Pangle, you can check the underlying error from the ad response using GADResponseInfo.adNetworkInfoArray under the following classes:

Here are the codes and accompanying messages thrown by the Pangle adapter when an ad fails to load:

101 com.google.ads.mediation.pangle Invalid server parameters (e.g. Missing app ID or placement ID).
102 com.google.ads.mediation.pangle The requested ad size does not match a Pangle supported banner size.
-1-60000 Sent by Pangle SDK Pangle SDK returned an error. See Pangle's documentation for more details.
