המטרה של 'תצוגת הזמינות' היא לספק את ההיסטוריה של משבצת אחת למוכר ולשירות נתונים. הכלי הזה שימושי לניפוי באגים של בעיות שקשורות לזמינות ולעדכונים בזמן אמת לפני ההשקה ואחריה.
כדי להשתמש בכלי להצגת הזמינות, צריך לאכלס את המסננים Merchant ID, Service ID ו-Start time של טווח השעות. מסנן טווח הזמן חייב לכלול את תחילת הטווח (מזינים את שעון EPOCH או משתמשים בבורר התאריכים והשעות) של המשבצת, ואם רוצים גם את סיום הטווח (ברירת המחדל היא שבוע אחד בעתיד).
כדי להשתמש בבורר התאריך והשעה, בוחרים את המסנן Start time. כשחלון הקופץ של המסנן נפתח, מזינים את שעון EPOCH או לוחצים על סמל השעון כדי לפתוח את בורר התאריך והשעה. בוחרים (או שולחים שאילתה לפי מדינה) כדי למצוא את אזור הזמן המתאים.
אפשר ללחוץ על שם עמודה כדי למיין את הערכים בסדר יורד או עולה.

יכולות להיות כמה רשומות עבור משבצת אחת אם מוגדרים לה כמה משאבים. לדוגמה, קבוצה של 2-6 אנשים יכולה להזמין מקום בשעה 20:00 במסעדה א'. כדי לצמצם עוד יותר את תוצאות החיפוש, אפשר להחיל מסננים נוספים בסרגל הסינון (למשל 'תג זמינות', 'תדירות', 'חריגה מהתזמון', 'מקומות פנויים' ו'סה"כ מקומות').
אם המיקום כרגע נמחק, יופיע סמל אשפה אדום והערכים של מקומות פנויים, סה"כ מקומות ומשך יוגדרו ל--1. אם תמחקו משבצת ואז תשחזרוה, השינוי הזה יופיע בתצוגת ההיסטוריה. במקום זה יופיע הכיתוב 'נמחק' באדום, ואחריו הכיתוב 'עודכן'.
אם אתם מבצעים שילוב באמצעות אירועים חוזרים וחריגים לתזמון, תוכלו לראות תצוגה מפורטת של החריגים לתזמון דרך הקישור 'הצגת החריגים'. יוצגו כל ההחרגות מהתזמון בחלון הזמן של המחזוריות. פירוש הדבר הוא שתוצגו חריגות בלוח הזמנים שקודמות לשעת ההתחלה שהזנתם.
כדי להציג מאפיינים נוספים שקשורים למיקום מודעה, לוחצים על הקישור 'הצגת מידע נוסף'. אפשר להציג מאפיינים כמו מצב אישור וכללי תזמון.
