Business Overview Dashboard is a report showing within a selected time range the overall order & revenue totals, average order value, conversion rate and approximated values of user interactions with your integration. The report can be found in the Actions Center by clicking on the "Business Overview" link under Dashboards in the navigation bar. It is useful for a variety of tasks including:
- Identifying patterns in order volume and value over time
- Analyzing user interactions with your order flow and areas for improvement
- Reviewing individual restaurant performance.
The report contains 3 different types of charts.
Aggregated data
Scorecards showing total orders, total revenue, average order value and approximated conversion rate for the selected time range.
Time series data
Graphs showing total orders, total revenue and average order value over time for the selected time range.
Bar Chart
Chart showing the approximated unique user sessions with the partner at different steps in the order flow for the selected time range
- Provider Selected : the approximated unique user sessions where users browse the menu
- Order Checkout : the approximated unique user sessions where users checkout
- Order submitted : the approximated unique user sessions where users submit the order
- Confirmed by Partner : the approximated unique user sessions where user view confirmation page
- Confirmed by Restaurant : the number of orders with one of the following statuses "READY_FOR_PICKUP", "DELIVERED", "CONFIRMED", "SHIPPED", "IN_PREPARATION".
