Badges are non-monetary digital awards that recognize developer achievements, incentivize users, and track the completion of specific tasks.

You can earn badges in a variety of ways including creating an account, completing a learning activity such as a codelab or quiz, or participating in Google Developer communities or events.

As a member of the Google Developer Program, you can display your earned badges on your profile and share them on social media if your profile is public.
