Each Display & Video 360 API request must be authenticated by a Google Account associated
with a Display & Video 360 user. That user has access to one or more
Display & Video 360 partners or advertisers.
The user must have user roles to perform certain actions using
the Display & Video 360 API:
Read only: You can retrieve most resources with get or list calls.
This doesn't include User resources.
Standard: You can retrieve, create, and update most resources. You can
only retrieve User resources.
Admin: You can retrieve, create, and update all resources. This user role
is only available for partners.
