Antara Mei 2024 dan 25 Maret 2025, Google Maps Platform memperbarui gaya peta default untuk API dan SDK berikut.
Mulai Agustus 2024, Google Maps Platform juga memperbarui semua pin ke gaya yang lebih modern untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemindaian, konsistensi, dan aksesibilitas.
Untuk aplikasi yang menggunakan ID peta
Mulai 21 Maret 2024, jika aplikasi Anda menggunakan ID peta, Anda dapat menggunakan gaya visual peta berbasis cloud untuk melihat pratinjau dan menyesuaikan gaya peta terbaru agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan spesifik Anda. Untuk mengetahui informasi selengkapnya, lihat

Pada 25 Maret 2025, gaya peta default diperbarui ke versi terbaru, dengan
palet warna baru, penanda yang dimodernisasi, pengalaman peta yang ditingkatkan, dan kegunaan yang lebih baik. Gaya kustom Anda kini menggantikan gaya peta default.
Gaya peta baru dan pin yang dimodernisasi hanya terlihat pada jenis peta roadmap.
Untuk menampilkan pin modern untuk jenis peta lainnya, gunakan
Maps JavaScript API tanpa ID peta.
Untuk aplikasi yang tidak menggunakan ID peta
Google Maps Platform merilis versi baru untuk setiap API dan SDK dengan gaya peta default yang telah diperbarui dan pin yang dimodernisasi* sesuai jadwal pada tabel berikut. Jika aplikasi Anda tidak menggunakan ID peta, Anda dapat menggunakan versi baru ini (atau versi berikutnya) untuk menggunakan gaya peta default baru.
