La API de Time Zone proporciona datos de desfase de hora para ubicaciones en la superficie de la Tierra. Solicita la información de zona horaria para una fecha y un par de latitud/longitud específicos.
La API muestra el nombre de esa zona horaria, la compensación de hora de UTC y la compensación del horario de verano.
