Le rapport "Récapitulatif du compte" est un rapport récapitulatif des performances de l'intégralité d'un compte Google Ads. De plus, il envoie un e-mail quotidien au format HTML contenant les statistiques actuelles du compte. Un responsable de compte peut utiliser une technique similaire pour envoyer par e-mail des rapports au format professionnel directement aux clients.

Planification

Le script s'appuie sur les statistiques de la veille. Planifiez son exécution quotidiennement à 3h du matin (quotidien, à 3h ou plus tard) pour garantir son exactitude, car les statistiques Google Ads peuvent présenter jusqu'à trois heures de retard.

Fonctionnement

Le script récupèreles statistiques de la veille et met à jour la feuille de calcul. Les graphiques sont préconfigurés pour afficher les statistiques. Si l'adresse e-mail est spécifiée, le script envoie un e-mail au format HTML.

Prérequis

  • Cliquez sur le bouton ci-dessous pour créer le script basé sur une feuille de calcul dans votre compte Google Ads.

    Installer le modèle de script

  • Cliquez sur le bouton ci-dessous pour créer une copie du modèle de feuille de calcul.

    Copier le modèle de feuille de calcul

  • Mettez à jour spreadsheet_url dans votre script.

  • Planifiez l'exécution du script chaque jour à 3 h (Daily, 3am).

Étendre le rapport (facultatif)

Le rapport peut être étendu en ajoutant d'autres métriques à partir de celles disponibles dans la ressource customer:

  1. Dans la colonne disponible suivante, ajoutez un en-tête (par exemple, Taux d'impressions sur le Réseau de Recherche) à votre feuille de calcul. Dans le modèle de base, il se trouverait à côté de Clics.

  2. Modifiez la définition REPORT_FIELDS en haut du script. Exemple :

    Le taux d'impressions sur le Réseau de Recherche est alors ajouté au rapport. Choisissez une valeur pour displayName. Elle sera utilisée dans l'en-tête de l'e-mail.

  3. Pour créer un graphique pour le nouveau champ:

    1. Cliquez sur l'un des graphiques existants dans votre feuille de calcul, puis sous le menu à trois points en haut à droite du graphique, sélectionnez Copier le graphique, puis effectuez un clic droit et cliquez sur Coller.
    2. Un graphique sera créé sur la feuille. Dans le menu du nouveau graphique, sélectionnez Modifier le graphique.
    3. Remplacez la référence de la colonne Series par la colonne contenant les nouvelles données. Par exemple, remplacez G par H.
    4. Double-cliquez sur le titre du graphique et remplacez-le par le nom de la nouvelle métrique.
