El informe de resumen de la cuenta es un informe resumido que muestra el rendimiento de una toda la cuenta de Google Ads. Además, envía diariamente correos electrónicos con formato HTML con las estadísticas actuales de la cuenta. Un administrador de cuentas podría usar una forma técnica para enviar por correo electrónico informes con formato profesional directamente a los clientes.

Programación

La secuencia de comandos se basa en las estadísticas del día anterior. Prográmala todos los días a las 3 a.m. o más adelante para garantizar la precisión, ya que las estadísticas de Google Ads pueden ser de hasta 3 horas retrasado.

Cómo funciona

La secuencia de comandos recupera las estadísticas del día anterior y actualiza la hoja de cálculo. El los gráficos están preconfigurados para mostrar las estadísticas. Si la dirección de correo electrónico es especificado, la secuencia de comandos envía un correo electrónico en formato HTML.

Configuración

  • Haz clic en el siguiente botón para crear la secuencia de comandos basada en una hoja de cálculo en tu cuenta de Google Ads.

    Instala la plantilla de secuencia de comandos

  • Haz clic en el siguiente botón para hacer una copia de la plantilla de la hoja de cálculo.

    Copia la plantilla de la hoja de cálculo

  • Actualiza spreadsheet_url en tu secuencia de comandos.

  • Programa la secuencia de comandos para que se ejecute todos los días a las 3 a.m.

Cómo extender el informe (opcional)

El informe se puede extender agregando más métricas de las disponibles en el recurso customer:

  1. Agrega un encabezado (por ejemplo, Porcentaje de impresiones de búsqueda) a tu hoja de cálculo. en la siguiente columna disponible, que en la plantilla básica se encuentra junto al Clics.

  2. Edita la definición REPORT_FIELDS cerca de la parte superior de la secuencia de comandos. Por ejemplo:

  3. Para crear un gráfico para el campo nuevo, sigue estos pasos:

    1. Haz clic en uno de los gráficos existentes en tu hoja de cálculo y debajo de el menú de tres puntos en la parte superior derecha del gráfico selecciona Copy Chart. luego, haz clic con el botón derecho y selecciona Pegar.
    2. Se creará un nuevo gráfico en la hoja. En el menú del nuevo gráfico, Selecciona Editar gráfico.
    3. Cambia la referencia de la columna Serie a la columna que contiene el nuevo data; Por ejemplo, cambia G a H.
    4. Haz doble clic en el título del gráfico y cámbialo al nombre de la métrica nueva.
