Clean up tutorial resources

This page of the Cloud Search tutorial explains how to delete the resources created by the tutorial. To start from the beginning of this tutorial, refer to Cloud Search getting started tutorial.

Delete the search application

To delete the search application:

  1. Return to the Google Admin console.
  2. Click the Apps icon. The "Apps administration" page appears.
  3. Click Google Workspace. The "Apps Google Workspace administration" page appears.
  4. Scroll down and Click Cloud Search. The "Settings for Google Workspace" page appears.
  5. Click Search Applications. The "Search Applications" page appears.
  6. Next to the "tutorial" search application, click the trash icon. The search application is deleted.

Deleting the data source

  1. Return to the Google Admin console.
  2. Click the Apps icon. The "Apps administration" page appears.
  3. Click Google Workspace. The "Apps Google Workspace administration" page appears.
  4. Scroll down and Click Cloud Search. The "Settings for Google Workspace" page appears.
  5. Click Third-party data sources. The "Data Sources" page appears.
  6. Next to the "tutorial" data source, click the trash icon. The search application is deleted.

Deleting the tutorial project

To delete the tutorial project:

  1. Return to the Google Cloud console.
  2. At the top of the page, click to the right of "Google Cloud Console." A dialog listing current projects appears.
  3. To the left of your tutorial project, click to select the project.
  4. Click More (three vertical dots). The "More" menu appears.
  5. Click Manage resources. The "Manage resources" menu appears.
  6. To the right of the tutorial project, click More (three vertical dots). The "More" menu appears.
  7. Click Delete. The project is deleted.
