En esta página, se muestra cómo comenzar a usar la versión 1 de la API de Google Analytics Data en tu lenguaje de programación favorito mediante las bibliotecas cliente.

Paso 1: Habilita la API

Haz clic en este botón para crear un proyecto nuevo de Cloud Platform, habilitar automáticamente la versión 1 de la API de datos de Google Analytics y crear la cuenta de servicio necesaria para este instructivo:

En el cuadro de diálogo resultante, haz clic en DESCARGAR CONFIGURACIÓN DEL CLIENTE y guarda el archivo credentials.json en tu directorio de trabajo.

Paso 2: Cómo agregar una cuenta de servicio a la propiedad Google Analytics 4

Con un editor de texto, abre el archivo credentials.json descargado en el paso anterior y busca el campo client_email para obtener una dirección de correo electrónico de la cuenta de servicio que sea similar a la siguiente:

quickstart@PROJECT-ID.iam.gserviceaccount.com

Usa esta dirección de correo electrónico para agregar un usuario a la propiedad Google Analytics 4 a la que deseas acceder a través de la versión 1 de la API de datos de Google Analytics. En este instructivo, solo se necesitan permisos de visualizador.

Paso 3: Configura la autenticación

Esta aplicación demuestra el uso de la API de datos de Google Analytics v1 con las credenciales de cuenta de servicio.

Obtén más información si necesitas instrucciones para crear y configurar las credenciales de la cuenta de servicio de tu aplicación.

Una manera fácil de proporcionar credenciales de cuenta de servicio es configurar la variable de entorno de GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS, el cliente de la API usará el valor de esta variable para buscar el archivo JSON de la clave de la cuenta de servicio.

Para configurar las credenciales de la aplicación en este ejemplo, ejecuta el siguiente comando y usa la ruta de acceso al archivo JSON de la cuenta de servicio que descargaste en el paso 1:
