Carica un video

Questa guida fornisce e spiega uno script Python che carica un video di YouTube utilizzando l'API YouTube Data. Il codice utilizza la libreria client delle API di Google per Python. Sono disponibili anche librerie client per altri linguaggi di programmazione comuni.

Nota:lo script di esempio non gestisce gli errori.

Requisiti

  • Python 2.5 o versioni successive

  • Installa la libreria client delle API di Google per Python (google-api-python-client)

  • Registra la tua applicazione con Google in modo che possa utilizzare il protocollo OAuth 2.0 per autorizzare l'accesso ai dati utente.

  • Per utilizzare i passaggi OAuth 2.0 con questo script, devi creare un file client_secrets.json contenente le informazioni del API Console. Il file deve trovarsi nella stessa directory dello script.

Richiesta di esempio

Questa richiesta carica un video e imposta vari campi dei metadati, tra cui titolo, descrizione, parole chiave e categoria. Gli argomenti della riga di comando sono tutti definiti in dettaglio nella sezione seguente.

Chiama lo script

L'elenco seguente definisce gli argomenti della riga di comando dello script:

  • file: questo parametro identifica la posizione del file video che stai caricando.

    Example: --file="/home/path/to/file.mov"
  • title: il titolo del video che stai caricando. Il valore predefinito è Test title.

    Example: --title="Summer vacation in California"
  • description: la descrizione del video che stai caricando. Il valore predefinito è Test description.

    Example: --description="Had fun surfing in Santa Cruz"
  • category: l'ID della categoria del video di YouTube associata al video. Il valore predefinito è 22, che si riferisce alla categoria People & Blogs.

    Example: --category="22"
  • keywords: un elenco di parole chiave separate da virgole associate al video. Il valore predefinito è una stringa vuota.

    Example: --keywords="surfing"
  • privacyStatus: lo stato della privacy del video. Il comportamento predefinito prevede che un video caricato sia visibile pubblicamente (public). Quando carichi video di prova, ti consigliamo di specificare un valore dell'argomento --privacyStatus per assicurarti che i video siano privati o non in elenco. I valori validi sono public, private e unlisted.
