Die folgenden Python-Codebeispiele zeigen, wie YouTube Data API (v3) mit App Engine aufgerufen wird. Sie können diese Codebeispiele aus den Python-Codebeispiel-Repositories für Google App Engine auf GitHub herunterladen.

Vorbereitung

Sie müssen ein Projekt in der Google API Console einrichten und einen API-Schlüssel anfordern, um die folgenden Codebeispiele ausführen zu können. Derzeit definiert jedes Projekt eine API_KEY-Variable, die auf den Wert REPLACE_ME festgelegt ist. Sie müssen diesen Wert durch Ihren eigenen API-Schlüssel ersetzen, um die Beispiele ausführen zu können.

Wichtig: Um diese Beispiele nutzen zu können, musst du die YouTube Data API (Version 3) und die Freebase API für das Projekt aktivieren, das mit deinem API-Schlüssel verknüpft ist. Wenn deine Anwendung auf private Nutzer- oder Kanaldaten zugreift, benötigst du außerdem eine OAuth 2.0-Client-ID.

Uploads eines Kanals abrufen

Im folgenden Codebeispiel wird die Methode playlistItems.list der API aufgerufen, um eine Liste von Videos abzurufen, die auf einen bestimmten Kanal hochgeladen wurden. Der Kanal kann anhand seiner Kanal-ID oder des Kanalnamens identifiziert werden. Mit dem Code wird auch die Methode channels.list aufgerufen, um die Playlist-ID abzurufen, die die hochgeladenen Videos des Kanals identifiziert.
