Returns a list of report types that the channel or content owner can retrieve. Each item in the list contains an id
property, which identifies the report's ID, and you need this value to schedule a reporting job.
Request
HTTP request
GET https://youtubereporting.googleapis.com/v1/reportTypes
Parameters
Query parameters
Parameters | |
---|---|
onBehalfOfContentOwner |
string The ID of the content owner for whom the API request is being made. If the request does not specify a value for this parameter, the API server assumes that the request is being made for the user's own channel. |
pageSize |
number The requested page size. If no value is specified, the API server chooses an appropriate default. Note that the server may return fewer report types than requested. |
pageToken |
string A token identifying a page of results that the server should return. Typically, this is the value of the nextPageToken property returned in response to the previous call to the reportTypes.list method. |
includeSystemManaged |
boolean Set the parameter value to true to indicate that the API response should list system-managed reports.YouTube automatically generates system-managed reports for the YouTube content owners who have access to the same reports in the Reports menu. System-managed reports are available only for some content owners. Content owners do not need to call the jobs.create method to instruct YouTube to start generating those reports, and that method returns an error if the reportTypeId property identifies a system-managed report. The parameter's default value is false . |
Request body
Do not provide a request body when calling this method.
Response
If successful, this method returns a response body with the following structure:
{ "reportTypes": [ ReportType resource ], "nextPageToken": string }
Properties
The table below defines the properties that appear in this response:
Properties | |
---|---|
reportTypes[] |
list A list of report types that can be retrieved by the channel or content owner associated with the API request. Each item in the list is a reportType resource. |
nextPageToken |
string If the API response contains a value for this property, then additional report types are available for the associated channel or content owner. To retrieve those report types, submit an additional reportTypes.list request, setting the pageToken parameter value to this value. |
