Invia eventi

Consulta questa guida per acquisire familiarità con la procedura di invio delle conversioni offline o delle conversioni avanzate per i lead di Google Ads con l'API Data Manager.

In questa guida, completerai i seguenti passaggi:

  1. Prepara un Destination per ricevere i dati degli eventi.
  2. Prepara i dati degli eventi da inviare.
  3. Crea una richiesta IngestionService per gli eventi.
  4. Invia la richiesta con Explorer API di Google.
  5. Comprendere le risposte di successo e di errore.

Preparare le destinazioni

Prima di poter inviare i dati, devi preparare almeno un Destination per i dati. Di seguito sono riportati i campi di un Destination. Consulta la sezione Configurare le destinazioni per ulteriori dettagli ed esempi di destinazioni per diversi scenari.

Seleziona la scheda corrispondente al tuo caso d'uso.

  • Seleziona Inserzionista se utilizzi le credenziali di un Account Google che è un utente negli account inserzionista che vuoi gestire.
  • Seleziona Partner di dati se utilizzi le credenziali di un Account Google che è un utente in un account partner di dati e vuoi gestire gli account inserzionista che hanno un collegamento partner all'account partner di dati. Gli account partner di dati vengono emessi solo dopo aver superato la procedura di approvazione. Per iniziare, compila il modulo di interesse.

Inserzionista

operatingAccount

L'account che riceve gli eventi. Deve essere l'account Google Ads proprietario dell'azione di conversione.

Imposta accountType su GOOGLE_ADS e accountId sul tuo ID cliente Google Ads di 10 cifre (senza trattini).

loginAccount

L'account in cui l'Account Google per le credenziali è un utente.

productDestinationId

L'ID dell'azione di conversione Google Ads nel operatingAccount che riceve gli eventi.

L'azione di conversione deve avere type impostato su UPLOAD_CLICKS. Nell'interfaccia utente di Google Ads, l'origine conversione per un'azione di conversione UPLOAD_CLICKS è Sito web (importazione dai clic).

Partner di dati

operatingAccount

L'account che riceve gli eventi. Deve essere l'account Google Ads proprietario dell'azione di conversione.

Imposta accountType su GOOGLE_ADS e accountId sul tuo ID cliente Google Ads di 10 cifre (senza trattini).

loginAccount

L'account a cui ha accesso l'utente delle credenziali.

Imposta accountId sull'ID account del partner di dati e imposta accountType su DATA_PARTNER. L'ID account partner di dati viene fornito da Google una volta approvata la richiesta di partner.

linkedAccount

L'account con un collegamento partner stabilito tramite il quale l'utente delle credenziali ha accesso a operatingAccount.

Se un genitore di operatingAccount è collegato al tuo account partner dei dati, imposta linkedAccount sul genitore di operatingAccount. Se operatingAccount è collegato direttamente al tuo account partner per i dati, non impostare linkedAccount.

productDestinationId

L'ID dell'azione di conversione Google Ads nel operatingAccount che riceve gli eventi.

L'azione di conversione deve avere type impostato su UPLOAD_CLICKS. Nell'interfaccia utente di Google Ads, l'origine conversione per un'azione di conversione UPLOAD_CLICKS è Sito web (importazione dai clic).

L'esempio in questa guida mostra come creare una richiesta che invia ogni evento alla stessa destinazione. Se vuoi inviare eventi per più destinazioni nella stessa richiesta, consulta Inviare eventi per più destinazioni.

Preparare i dati sugli eventi

Prima di inviare i dati degli eventi in una richiesta, devi prepararli:

  1. Formatta i valori non elaborati come specificato nella guida alla formattazione.
  2. Gli identificatori utente, come indirizzi email, nomi e cognomi, devono essere sottoposti ad hashing utilizzando l'algoritmo SHA-256 e codificati utilizzando la codifica esadecimale (esadecimale) o Base64.
  3. Crea il payload Event utilizzando i valori formattati e sottoposti ad hashing.

Requisiti dei campi evento

Crea gli eventi in base ai requisiti riportati nella tabella seguente. Consulta la documentazione di riferimento di Event per l'elenco completo dei campi disponibili.

cartData Facoltativo Carrello degli acquisti e dati di acquisto a livello di articolo associati. Se fornito, almeno un elemento in items è obbligatorio. Vedi Aggiungere dati del carrello.
destinationReferences Obbligatorio condizionalmente Obbligatorio solo quando invii eventi a più destinazioni in un'unica richiesta.
userProperties Facoltativo Informazioni sull'utente valutato al momento dell'evento, ad esempio customerType (NEW o RETURNING) o customerValueBucket.
userId Facoltativo un identificatore unico per un utente.
consent Facoltativo Impostazioni per il consenso ai sensi del Digital Markets Act (DMA) per l'utente, che specificano se il consenso è concesso per adUserData e adPersonalization.

In che modo Google gestisce i dati multisorgente

All'interno della stessa azione di conversione, Google Ads utilizza transactionId per deduplicare gli eventi di conversione inviati da diverse origini (come il tag del sito web e le richieste di importazione dell'API Data Manager). La tabella seguente spiega come vengono elaborati i dati delle richieste di importazione.

Nota:durante il periodo di prova iniziale di 14 giorni per un'azione di conversione, gli aggiornamenti del valore sono disattivati. Il valore del tag non verrà sostituito nei report di Google Ads fino al termine del periodo di prova.

transactionId CORRISPONDE a un evento del tag esistente Dati forniti dagli utenti in userData, ad esempio indirizzo email, numero di telefono o indirizzo.
  • Integrazione in caso di dati mancanti:se il tag Google ha acquisito la conversione, ma non è riuscito ad acquisire i dati forniti dagli utenti, il sistema inserirà correttamente i dati forniti dal caricamento offline.

  • Ignorati se esistono dati dei tag:se il tag Google ha acquisito correttamente i dati forniti dagli utenti sul sito, tutti i dati successivi o diversi caricati offline per la stessa transazione vengono ignorati (non sovrascrivono né vengono aggiunti ai dati dei tag esistenti).

transactionId CORRISPONDE a un evento del tag esistente Altri campi, ad eccezione di conversionValue, currency o userData (ad es. adIdentifiers.gclid). Ignorato. Gli altri valori dei campi dell'origine dati aggiuntiva non sovrascriveranno i valori dei campi registrati originariamente dal tag Google per le transazioni corrispondenti.

Vengono utilizzati per creare un nuovo evento di conversione. Google tenterà quindi di attribuire questa nuova conversione a un clic sull'annuncio utilizzando gli identificatori che hai fornito, ad esempio adIdentifiers.gclid o userData.

Nota:durante il periodo di prova iniziale di 14 giorni, queste conversioni appena create verranno visualizzate nei report, ma non verranno utilizzate per le offerte. Al termine del periodo di prova, diventeranno automaticamente disponibili per le offerte.

Aggiungere attributi sessione

Aggiungi attributi di sessione quando non sono disponibili altri identificatori pubblicitari, ad esempio un GCLID o WBRAID. Puoi anche includere gli attributi di sessione oltre ad altri identificatori pubblicitari.

Gli attributi sessione forniscono ulteriore contesto e indicatori aggiuntivi sull'interazione dell'utente con il tuo sito web, il che può migliorare la misurazione delle conversioni, la generazione di report e l'accuratezza delle offerte.

Scegli un approccio per l'invio degli attributi di sessione:

  • Consigliato: imposta il campo sessionAttributes di adIdentifiers sulla stringa degli attributi di sessione con codifica base64 acquisita in un invio del modulo.

  • Alternativa: acquisisci i singoli campi degli attributi della sessione e aggiungi ogni attributo all'evento nei campi experimentalFields e adIdentifiers. Utilizza questa opzione solo se non riesci ad acquisire la stringa degli attributi di sessione codificati.

Imposta il campo sessionAttributes di adIdentifiers sulla stringa degli attributi di sessione con codifica base64. Segui le istruzioni riportate in Come acquisire session_attributes per modificare le pagine di invio del modulo in modo da acquisire la stringa codificata.

Se non riesci ad acquisire la stringa degli attributi della sessione codificati, aggiungi un ExperimentalField per ogni attributo della sessione all'elenco experimentalFields. Inoltre, aggiungi lo user agent al campo landingPageDeviceInfo del campo adIdentifiers.

Aggiungere i dati del carrello

Compila il campo cartData di Event con informazioni sugli articoli associati all'evento. Utilizza questo campo quando invii i parametri delle conversioni con dati del carrello di Google Ads.

Campi di Merchant Center

merchantId, merchantFeedLabel e merchantFeedLanguageCode sono tutti facoltativi. Imposta questi campi se gli articoli nell'evento includono prodotti che esistono in diversi account Merchant Center.

merchantFeedLabel
Facoltativo. L'etichetta del feed del feed Merchant Center. Le etichette dei feed ti consentono di classificare i prodotti per il targeting delle campagne. Ad esempio, puoi utilizzare le etichette dei feed per organizzare i prodotti per lingua. Se la tua campagna ha come target i prodotti in base al paese, utilizza il codice paese di due lettere nel formato ISO-3166-1 alpha-2. Esempio: US.

Campi articolo

Aggiungi uno o più oggetti Item all'elenco items di CartData. L'elenco items non deve essere vuoto quando viene fornito cartData.

Compila i seguenti campi per ogni Item:

Required. Il prezzo unitario al netto di tasse, spese di spedizione e sconti a livello di evento (a livello di transazione) per questo articolo.

Se l'articolo ha uno sconto a livello di articolo, utilizza il prezzo unitario scontato. Ad esempio, se un articolo ha un prezzo unitario di 27.67 e uno sconto unitario di 6.66, imposta unitPrice su 21.01.

items.quantity

Required. La quantità di unità acquistate per questo articolo specifico.

Crea il corpo della richiesta

Per creare il corpo della richiesta, combina destinations e events, imposta il campo encoding e aggiungi gli altri campi della richiesta che vuoi includere, ad esempio validateOnly e consent.

Invia la richiesta

Ecco i passaggi per provare una richiesta dal browser:

  1. Seleziona la scheda REST e fai clic su Apri in Explorer API per aprire Explorer API in una nuova scheda o finestra.
  2. Nel corpo della richiesta in Explorer API, sostituisci ogni stringa che inizia con REPLACE_WITH, ad esempio REPLACE_WITH_OPERATING_ACCOUNT_TYPE, con il valore pertinente.
  3. Fai clic su Esegui nella parte inferiore della pagina di API Explorer e completa le richieste di autorizzazione per inviare la richiesta.
  4. Imposta validateOnly su true per convalidare la richiesta senza applicare le modifiche. Quando è tutto pronto per applicare le modifiche, imposta validateOnly su false.

Inviare eventi per più destinazioni

Il campo destinationReferences è un elenco, quindi puoi specificare più destinazioni per un evento. Se non imposti destinationReferences di un Event, l'API Data Manager invia l'evento a tutte le destinazioni nella richiesta.

Se un evento ha più destinazioni, l'API Data Manager invia i campi pertinenti a ogni destinazione. Ad esempio, se un evento ha una destinazione Google Ads e una destinazione Google Analytics, l'API include campi Google Analytics come clientId, appInstanceId o eventName quando invia l'evento alla destinazione Google Analytics e include campi Google Ads come customVariables quando invia l'evento alla destinazione Google Ads.
