ارسال اعلان‌هایی درباره تغییر سازمان‌دهنده رویداد. توجه داشته باشید که برخی از ایمیل‌ها ممکن است همچنان ارسال شوند حتی اگر مقدار را روی false تنظیم کنید. پیش فرض false است.
