The Partner Portal allows you to view data in both your Sandbox (sometimes
called "Partner Dev") and Production Environments. The environment switcher is
located at the top of the Partner Portal UI. Always take note of which
environment you’re in.
Certain features of the Partner Portal configure global settings. This means
they only display data from the Production Environment and are unaffected by
the environment switcher. Such features are explicitly mentioned throughout the
Partner Portal documentation.
