Ошибка условий обслуживания (ToS). Методы API возвращают код состояния HTTP 403 Forbidden , если пользователь (представленный учетными данными OAuth) не принял последнюю версию условий обслуживания автоматической регистрации.
Пользователи API могут принять новые или обновленные Условия обслуживания, войдя на портал автоматической регистрации. Портал представляет пользователям панель принятия aToS при входе в систему.
