API kullanıcıları el değmeden kayıt portalında oturum açarak yeni veya güncellenmiş Hizmet Şartları'nı kabul edebilir. Portal, kullanıcılar oturum açtıklarında kullanıcılara bir ToS kabul paneli gösterir.
