発行者アカウントを最初に作成したときは、デモモードになっています。デモモードでは、発行者アカウントの管理者ロールまたはデベロッパー ロールを持つ Google ウォレット ユーザー、または Google ウォレット コンソールでテスト アカウントとして追加された Google ウォレット ユーザーにのみパスを発行できます。
公開アクセス権が付与されると、パスから「[テスト用]」という注釈も削除されます。
Google ウォレットのユーザーにパスを発行するには、公開アクセスをリクエストする必要があります。公開アクセスのリクエストは、パス発行者が特定の前提条件を満たしていることを確認するために Google ウォレット チームによって審査されます。
