By using the Business Profile APIs, you consent to be bound by these terms in addition to the Google APIs Terms of Service ("API ToS".)
Business Profile Additional Terms
Your use of Business Profile through the Business Profile APIs is subject to the Business Profile Additional Terms ("Business Profile Terms") and the Business Profile Policies (“Business Profile API Policies”.) To the extent there are conflicts between or among the Business Profile Terms, the Business Profile API Policies, and/or the Google APIs Terms of Service, the order of precedence for your use of Business Profile will be the following: (1) the Business Profile Terms, (2) the Business Profile API Policies, and (3) the Google APIs Terms of Service.
