Salva e classifica i contenuti in base alle tue preferenze.
Le ricerche salvate ti consentono di memorizzare i criteri di ricerca dei problemi in modo da poter eseguire la stessa ricerca in un secondo momento senza doverla inserire di nuovo. Questa opzione può essere particolarmente utile per le query complesse che intendi utilizzare ripetutamente, ma qualsiasi query utilizzata di frequente trae vantaggio dal salvataggio.
Dopo aver creato una ricerca salvata, questa viene visualizzata nel menu di navigazione a sinistra nella sezione Ricerche salvate. A differenza delle hotlist, i risultati delle ricerche salvate non sono statici. Ciò significa che
non aggiungi o rimuovi autonomamente i problemi dai risultati di ricerca salvati. Invece, ogni volta che esegui una ricerca salvata, Issue Tracker restituisce i problemi che soddisfano i criteri di ricerca. I risultati di una ricerca salvata possono cambiare da un momento all'altro man mano che i problemi cambiano e corrispondono o non corrispondono più ai criteri di ricerca.
ID e denominazione
Le ricerche salvate, le hotlist e i gruppi di preferiti sono identificati in modo univoco da numeri ID. Puoi trovare i numeri ID facendo clic sull'icona a forma di matita o sulla scheda nella pagina dei dettagli accanto al nome della risorsa. In alternativa, se una risorsa si trova nel menu di navigazione a sinistra, puoi accedere al relativo numero ID selezionando Impostazioni nel menu a discesa.
I nomi delle ricerche salvate, delle hotlist e dei gruppi di preferiti non devono essere univoci.
Ad esempio, due utenti diversi possono creare una ricerca salvata denominata "La mia ricerca salvata". Una di queste ricerche salvate potrebbe avere il numero ID 63690, mentre l'altra il numero ID 82451. Se lo stesso utente crea o si iscrive a risorse con lo stesso nome, ogni risorsa viene visualizzata nel riquadro di navigazione a sinistra e potrebbe essere difficile distinguerle. Per questo motivo, devi scegliere nomi il più univoci possibile ed evitare di utilizzare nomi generici.
Ricerche salvate modificate
Se modifichi i criteri di una ricerca salvata dopo averla creata e poi la esegui di nuovo, Issue Tracker ti offre la possibilità di salvarla di nuovo con i nuovi criteri. Fai clic su Salva per aggiornare la ricerca salvata con i nuovi criteri o su Elimina modifiche per mantenere invariata la ricerca salvata ed eseguirla di nuovo in base ai criteri originali. Puoi anche fare clic su Torna alla ricerca normale per mantenere i risultati di ricerca in base ai nuovi criteri. La ricerca salvata non viene aggiornata.
Se modifichi una ricerca salvata e poi vai al pulsante a discesa nella barra di ricerca, puoi salvare la ricerca modificata come una ricerca salvata diversa.
Per modificare la query di ricerca, devi disporre dell'autorizzazione Amministratore per la ricerca salvata.
