مجموعة الإشارات المرجعية في "نظام تتبُّع المشاكل في Google" هي مجموعة من قوائم المحتوى الرائج و
عمليات البحث المحفوظة. تتيح لك مجموعات الإشارات المرجعية جمع مجموعات من
المشاكل وتتبُّعها. وتعدّ مجموعات الإشارات المرجعية أيضًا طريقة مناسبة للتعاون على مستوى
المشاريع أو المنتجات بأكملها.
عند إنشاء مجموعة إشارات مرجعية أو إضافة مجموعة إشارات مرجعية، تظهر المجموعة
في شريط التنقّل الأيمن مع زر قابل للتوسيع في
قسم مجموعات الإشارات المرجعية. يؤدي توسيع مجموعة علامات إشارة إلى عرض عمليات البحث المحفوظة
والقوائم الرائجة التي تشكّل المجموعة. تظهر عمليات البحث المحفوظة بخط مائل. إذا كان لديك
بحث محفوظ أو اشتركت فيه بشكل منفصل، سيظهر في كلّ من مجموعة
الإشارات المرجعية وفي قسم عمليات البحث المحفوظة في لوحة التنقّل اليمنى. لا تظهر قائمة المحتوى المفضّل التي تشكّل جزءًا من مجموعة علامات تبويب إلّا ضمن هذه المجموعة،
بغض النظر عمّا إذا كنت تملك قائمة المحتوى المفضّل أو اشتركت فيها.
يتم تحديد مجموعات الإشارات المرجعية بشكل فريد من خلال رقم تعريف، وليس من خلال الاسم. نتيجةً لذلك، يمكن أن تحمل مجموعات الإشارات المرجعية المختلفة الاسم نفسه وقد يكون من الصعب
التمييز بينها. يجب اختيار اسم فريد بشكل عام عند إنشاء مجموعة bookmarked.
المعرّفات والأسماء
يتم التعرّف على عمليات البحث المحفوظة وقوائم المواقع الأكثر زيارة ومجموعات الإشارات المرجعية بشكل فريد من خلال أرقام التعريف. يمكنك العثور على أرقام التعريف من خلال النقر على رمز القلم الرصاص أو رمز الحافظة في
صفحة التفاصيل بجانب اسم المورد. كخيار بديل، إذا كان المرجع في
شريط التنقّل الأيمن، يمكنك الوصول إلى رقم تعريفه من خلال اختيار الإعدادات
في القائمة المنسدلة.
لا يُشترط أن تكون أسماء عمليات البحث المحفوظة وقوائم التشغيل المفضّلة ومجموعات الإشارات المرجعية فريدة.
على سبيل المثال، يمكن لمستخدمَين مختلفَين
إنشاء مجموعة إشارات مرجعية باسم "
مجموعة الإشارات المرجعية الخاصة بي". قد يكون لأحد مجموعتَي الإشارات المرجعية هذا الرقم التعريفي 63690، بينما يحمل الآخر الرقم التعريفي 82451. إذا أنشأ المستخدم نفسه موارد بالاسم نفسه أو اشترك فيها، سيظهر كل مورد في شريط التنقّل الأيمن، وقد يكون من الصعب التمييز بين الموارد. لهذا السبب،
يجب اختيار أسماء فريدة قدر الإمكان وتجنُّب استخدام أسماء عامة.
إدارة مجموعات الإشارات المرجعية
عند إنشاء مجموعة علامات مرجعية، يكون لديك إذن المشرف لهذه المجموعة.
يمكنك منح مستخدمين إضافيين إذن "المشرف" للمجموعة. يمكنك
أيضًا إزالة نفسك بصفتك مشرفًا للمجموعة، ولكن يجب أن يكون هناك مشرف واحد على الأقل مُدرَجًا. بعد إزالة نفسك من دور المشرف، لا يمكن إلّا لمستخدم لديه إذن المشرف إعادة منحك هذا الإذن. إذا لم يكن لديك
إذن العرض فقط، لن تتمكّن من الوصول إلى مجموعة الإشارات المرجعية
إطلاقًا.
يتم تنفيذ معظم مهام الإدارة لمجموعة الإشارات المرجعية في صفحة تفاصيل
مجموعة الإشارات المرجعية، والتي تتطلّب إذن المشرف للوصول إليها
وتغييرها. إذا كنت على الصفحة الرئيسية أو لوحة بيانات مجموعة الإشارات المرجعية، يمكنك
الوصول إلى صفحة التفاصيل باستخدام رمز القلم الرصاص بجانب اسم
مجموعة الإشارات المرجعية.
يمكنك أيضًا الوصول إلى صفحة التفاصيل باستخدام خيار الإعدادات في القائمة المنسدلة لمجموعة الإشارات المرجعية، والتي يمكن العثور عليها في شريط التنقّل الأيمن.
يمكن للمستخدمين الذين لديهم إذن المشرف لمجموعة الإشارات المرجعية
إضافة قوائم المواقع المفضّلة وعمليات البحث المحفوظة أو إزالتها من المجموعة. يُرجى العلم أنّه هناك
قيود على عمليات البحث المحفوظة وقوائم المحتوى الرائج التي يمكن للمشرف إضافتها:
- يجب أن يكون المستخدم مشرفًا لبحث محفوظ حتى تتمكّن من إضافته إلى مجموعة العلامات المرجعية.
- يجب أن يكون لدى المستخدم إذن عرض فقط على الأقل لقائمة التشغيل السريعة حتى تتمكّن من
إضافتها إلى مجموعة الإشارات المرجعية.
يمكن أيضًا لمشرف مجموعة الإشارات المرجعية تعديل المجموعة أو أرشفتها.
عند أرشفة مجموعة الإشارات المرجعية، لن تظهر في شريط التنقّل الأيمن عند
المستخدمين الذين ميزوها بنجمة. لا يتم عرض مجموعة الإشارات المرجعية المؤرشفة في عملية
بحث عن مجموعة إشارات مرجعية، ولا تظهر إلّا في قسم الملفات المؤرشفة في ملف التنقّل
على يمين الصفحة للمستخدمين الذين لديهم أذونات المشرف.

Bookmark groups allow you to collect and track sets of\nissues. Bookmark groups are also a convenient way to collaborate across entire\nprojects or products.\n\nWhen you [create a bookmark group](../guides/work-with-bookmark-group#create) or [add a bookmark group](../guides/work-with-bookmark-group#find), the group\nappears in the [left-hand navigation](/issue-tracker/concepts/left-nav-pane) with an expandable button in the\n**Bookmark groups** section. Expanding a bookmark group shows the saved searches\nand hotlists that make up the group. Saved searches appear in italics. If you\nown or separately subscribe to a saved search, it appears in both the bookmark\ngroup and in the **Saved searches** section of the left-hand navigation pane. A\nhotlist that is part of a bookmark group only appears within that group,\nregardless of whether you own or subscribe to the hotlist.\n\nBookmark groups are uniquely identified by an ID number, not by name. As a\nresult, different bookmark groups can have the same name and may be difficult to\ndifferentiate. You should generally choose a unique name when creating a\nbookmark group.\n\nIDs and naming\n--------------\n\nSaved searches, hotlists, and bookmark groups are uniquely identified by ID\nnumbers. You can find ID numbers by clicking the pencil or clipboard icon on the\ndetails page next to the resource name. If you are on the homepage or dashboard for the bookmark group, you can\naccess the details page with the pencil icon located next to the bookmark group\nname.\n\nYou can also access the details page using the **Settings** option in the\ndrop-down menu for the bookmark group, located in the left-hand navigation.\n\nUsers with **Admin** permission for a bookmark group can\n[add or remove hotlists and saved searches](../guides/work-with-bookmark-group#add) from the group. Note that there\nare restrictions on the saved searches and hotlists that an **Admin** can add:\n\n- A user must be an **Admin** for a saved search in order to add it to the bookmark group.\n- A user must have at least **View only** permission for a hotlist in order to add it to the bookmark group.\n\nAn **Admin** of a bookmark group can also [edit](../guides/work-with-bookmark-group#edit) or [archive](../guides/work-with-bookmark-group#remove) the group.\nWhen archived, a bookmark group no longer appears in the left-hand navigation of\nusers who starred it.
