تتيح لك عمليات البحث المحفوظة تخزين معايير البحث عن المشاكل حتى تتمكّن
من إجراء عملية البحث نفسها لاحقًا بدون إعادة إدخالها. يمكن أن يكون ذلك مفعّلاً بشكلٍ خاص لطلبات البحث المعقدة التي تريد استخدامها بشكل متكرّر، ولكن
يستفيد أي طلب بحث مستخدَم بشكل متكرّر من حفظه.
بعد إنشاء بحث محفوظ، يظهر في
شريط التنقّل الأيمن ضمن قسم عمليات البحث المحفوظة. على عكس
قوائم المحتوى الرائج، لا تكون نتائج عمليات البحث المحفوظة ثابتة. وهذا يعني أنّه
لا يمكنك إضافة مشاكل أو إزالتها من نتائج البحث المحفوظة بنفسك. بدلاً من ذلك،
في كل مرة تُجري فيها عملية بحث محفوظة، يعرض "نظام تتبُّع المشاكل" المشاكل التي تستوفي
معايير البحث. يمكن أن تتغيّر نتائج البحث المحفوظ من حين لآخر مع تغيُّر
المواضيع لتتطابق مع معايير البحث أو لا تتطابق معها بعد الآن.
المعرّفات والتسمية
يتم تحديد عمليات البحث المحفوظة وقوائم المواقع الأكثر زيارة ومجموعات الإشارات المرجعية بشكل فريد من خلال أرقام التعريف. يمكنك العثور على أرقام التعريف من خلال النقر على رمز القلم الرصاص أو رمز الحافظة في
صفحة التفاصيل بجانب اسم المورد. كخيار بديل، إذا كان المرجع في
شريط التنقّل الأيمن، يمكنك الوصول إلى رقم تعريفه من خلال اختيار الإعدادات
في القائمة المنسدلة.
لا يُشترط أن تكون أسماء عمليات البحث المحفوظة وقوائم المواقع المفضّلة ومجموعات الإشارات المرجعية فريدة.
على سبيل المثال، يمكن لمستخدمَين مختلفَين إنشاء بحث محفوظ باسم "بحثي المحفوظ
". قد يكون رقم تعريف أحد هذه عمليات البحث المحفوظة هو 63690 بينما يحمل
الآخر رقم التعريف 82451. إذا أنشأ المستخدم نفسه موارد بالاسم نفسه أو اشترك فيها، سيظهر كل مورد في شريط التنقّل الأيمن، وقد يكون من الصعب التمييز بين الموارد. لهذا السبب،
يجب اختيار أسماء فريدة قدر الإمكان وتجنُّب استخدام أسماء عامة.
عمليات البحث المحفوظة المعدَّلة
إذا غيّرت معايير بحث محفوظ بعد إنشائه ثم أعدت تنفيذه، سيقدّم لك "نظام تتبُّع المشاكل" خيار إعادة حفظ البحث باستخدام المعايير الجديدة. انقر على حفظ لتعديل عملية البحث المحفوظة باستخدام المعايير الجديدة أو
انقر على تجاهل التغييرات للحفاظ على عملية البحث المحفوظة بدون تغيير وإعادة إجراء عملية البحث
استنادًا إلى المعايير الأصلية. يمكنك أيضًا النقر على الرجوع إلى البحث العادي للحفاظ على نتائج البحث استنادًا إلى المعايير الجديدة. لا يؤدي ذلك إلى تعديل
البحث المحفوظ.
إذا عدّلت طلب بحث محفوظ ثم انتقلت إلى الزر المنسدلة في شريط البحث، يمكنك حفظ طلب البحث المعدَّل كطلب بحث محفوظ مختلف.
يجب أن يكون لديك إذن المشرف على البحث المحفوظ لتعديل طلب البحث.
