Authorized Buyers support through Chat is now available! Get connected in real-time to a troubleshooting support specialist 24 hours a day, Monday to Friday. To access it, simply visit the Authorized Buyers UI at, click the question mark (?) on the top-right corner and select Live Chat under Contact Us. Alternatively, Chat is also available from the Authorized Buyers Help Center. When visiting the Help Center, click on Contact Us, select Authorized Buyers and afterwards, Chat. Note: API or client library support issues are not supported through Chat.
