내보내기 만들기 - 쿼리와 일치하는 메시지 또는 파일을 찾아 Google Cloud로 내보내는 요청을 Vault에 보냅니다.
참고: 조직 전체에서 진행 중인 내보내기는 20개까지만 가능합니다. 성능을 개선하려면 대용량 내보내기를 더 작은 세트로 나누세요. 예를 들어 모든 데이터를 한 번에 내보내는 대신 월별로 내보내기를 분할할 수 있습니다. 또 다른 예는 각 내보내기에 더 적은 수의 항목 (예: 사용자 및 그룹, 채팅 공간 등의 특수 항목)을 포함하는 것입니다.
예를 들면 다음과 같습니다.
내보내기 목록—법적 사안과 연결된 모든 내보내기의 상태를 검색합니다.
내보내기 가져오기: 내보내기에 대한 정보를 가져옵니다.
내보내기 다운로드: Google Cloud에서 내보내기를 다운로드합니다.
내보내기 삭제—법적 사안에서 더 이상 필요하지 않은 내보내기를 삭제합니다.

Vault 리소스로 작업하려면 계정에 필수 Vault 권한과 법적 사안에 대한 액세스 권한이 있어야 합니다. 법적 사안에 액세스하려면 해당 계정에서 법적 사안을 만들었거나 법적 사안이 공유되었거나 모든 법적 사안 보기 권한이 있어야 합니다.
Gmail 내보내기 만들기
