Data discrepancy in reports

I am seeing different dimensions or metrics than expected in my generated report.

If you're seeing different dimensions or metrics in a brand new report created in the API, we recommend that you use the Display & Video 360 interface to build the desired report first to guarantee that you're using the intended filters and metrics values.

If you continue to have issues or are seeing dimensions or metrics change on an existing report, fill out our support form.

I am seeing the data reported for a specific day change over time.

Display & Video 360 can update data for up to 31 days to make sure reports are as accurate as possible. Read more in the Display & Video 360 Help Center.

I am seeing a discrepancy between expected data and data in my generated report.

The reports generated using the Bid Manager API use the same generation process as those generated using the Display & Video 360 interface. If the filters, dimensions and metrics used by the report are all correct, use the contact form to reach out to Display & Video 360 product support.
