Overview
Partners are required to ship devices to a certified 3rd Party Lab for official certification. Some labs don't offer testing of all Fast Pair extensions or features.
Partners are not required to send devices to Google for every certification test, and updates only requiring self-test results don't need to be submitted for 3rd Party Lab certification. Discuss certification exceptions with your SI or Google contact.
Partners are responsible for coordinating shipping to the 3rd Party Certification Labs, including all expenses and certification costs.
