HTTP 要求

POST https://www.googleapis.com/drive/v3/files/{fileId}/watch

要加入回應 labelInfo 部分的標籤 ID 清單 (以半形逗號分隔)。

如果成功，回應主體會包含 Channel 的執行例項。
