Xoá ghi chú. Phương thức gọi phải có vai trò OWNER trên ghi chú cần xoá. Thao tác xoá ghi chú sẽ xoá tài nguyên ngay lập tức và không huỷ được. Mọi cộng tác viên sẽ mất quyền truy cập vào ghi chú.
