Jika Anda adalah partner listingan kendaraan saat ini dan memiliki pertanyaan, Anda dapat
membuat kasus baru
di portal partner untuk menghubungi kami. Dari dalam portal, Anda dapat mengakses histori kasus dari halaman Support. Untuk
membuat kasus baru, isi kotak Apa yang bisa kami bantu? lalu klik Mulai untuk
membuka formulir kasus baru.
Saat membuat kasus baru, Anda akan diberi beberapa pertanyaan yang dapat membantu kami
membantu Anda dengan lebih baik. Harap jawab pertanyaan ini sebaik mungkin.
Setelah membuka kasus, Anda dapat melihat dan merespons dari kotak masuk atau dari
portal. Setiap kali ada info terbaru terkait kasus Anda, Anda akan menerima email. Setelah kasus ditutup, Anda tidak dapat merespons kasus tersebut lagi dan harus membuka kasus baru untuk pertanyaan mendatang.
Siapa pun yang diberi akses ke akun portal Anda dapat melihat kasus sebelumnya dan merespons setiap kasus yang terbuka dari dalam portal. Setiap kasus memiliki nomor kasus yang
dapat Anda referensikan kapan saja. Email yang kami kirimkan kepada Anda mungkin juga memiliki ID referensi yang terkait dengannya. Pastikan untuk menyertakan ID referensi tersebut, atau
