تُضيف حسابًا إلى عملية الاحتفاظ بالبيانات. لا يمكن إضافة حسابات إلا إلى عملية تجميد بيانات لا تتضمّن وحدة تنظيمية محدّدة. إذا حاولت إضافة حساب إلى فترة تجميد بيانات مستندة إلى وحدة تنظيمية، ستظهر لك رسالة خطأ.
