Mengekstrak teks dari dokumen mungkin akan bermanfaat bagi Anda. Hal ini berguna jika Anda meneruskan teks ke layanan API lain. Semua teks dalam dokumen dimuat dalam teks yang dijalankan di elemen paragraf. Teks dapat muncul dalam 3 jenis elemen struktural dokumen:
