CSS API налагает квоты и жесткие ограничения на некоторые функции. Политика квот
Не обновляйте свои продукты, если они не изменились. Если вам нужно отправлять обновления, чтобы срок действия продукта не истек, достаточно делать это раз в неделю.
Квоты вызова методов
Следующие ограничения являются квотами вызовов методов по умолчанию для учетных записей CSS Center.
- Пользователи, превышающие поминутную квоту, получают ошибки

quota/daily_limit_exceeded .
