ขอโทเค็นเพื่อการเข้าถึง URL ของสตรีมไลฟ์สด RTSP ใหม่เพื่อแทนที่โทเค็นเพื่อการเข้าถึง RTSP ที่ถูกต้องก่อนที่จะหมดอายุ นอกจากนี้ยังใช้เพื่อแทนที่โทเค็น RTSP ที่ถูกต้องจากคำขอคำสั่ง ExtendRtspStream ก่อนหน้าด้วย
