The event was hosted at the Bengaluru International Exhibition Centre in Bengaluru, India.

  • Parking

    There is parking available onsite at BIEC and there will be an attendant to guide and direct you upon arrival.

  • Buses / Shuttles

    We will be offering two shuttle routes leaving the venue.

    Schedule: From 6:30-9:30pm on Day 1 and 6:30-7:30pm on Day 2 on a first-come, first-served basis and while there is seat availability. We can’t guarantee a seat for all attendees.

    Route A: BIEC > Nice Road > Electronics City > Central Silks Board > Madiwala > Koramangala 1st Block > Agara (HSR Layout) > ORR-Sarjapura Road > Marahathhalli > Kundahalli Gate > ITPL.

    Route B: BIEC > Jalahalli > New BEl road > Hebbal > Manayata > Nagwara > HRBR Layout > Hennur > Banaswadi > Kalyan Nagar > KR Puram > White Field > ITP.

  • Mainline Rail

    Nagasandra Metro Station is a 15 minute taxi ride from BIEC. We’ll have shuttles running on both days from the station to BIEC every 15 minutes between 7:30-11am and returning to the station from 6-7pm. For those who attend the After Party on Day 1, there will be additional shuttles to the station between 9-10pm.

  • Airports

    The Bengaluru airport is a 1.5 hour taxi journey to BIEC. Attendees can request a discount code for flights arriving in Bengaluru booked via MakeMyTrip (the code request form and terms will be shared with confirmed attendees via email).

There will be a cloakroom available to store any coats and luggage items during the event. This is free of charge to use and will be managed at all times during both days of the event.
There will be no onsite childcare at GDD India. However, reimbursement will be given to those who need childcare services to attend the event for a maximum of ₹4200 for the two days. Proper invoice and documentation is required for reimbursement. Please reach out to gdd-india@google.com for details on the reimbursement process.
