Folders: create

Creates a GTM Folder. Try it now.

POST https://www.googleapis.com/tagmanager/v2/+parent/folders

`parent`	`string`	GTM Workspace's API relative path. Example: accounts/{account_id}/containers/{container_id}/workspaces/{workspace_id}

This request requires authorization with the following scope:

In the request body, supply a Folders resource with the following properties:

If successful, this method returns a Folders resource in the response body.
