Esta página te explica cómo editar el texto de tu presentación y cómo darle estilo usando la API de Presentaciones.

Acerca del texto

El texto de tu presentación siempre está contenido dentro de una forma o una celda de la tabla. La API te permite modificar este texto de varias maneras:

  • Puedes insertar, borrar o reemplazar texto en la presentación.
  • Puedes agregar formato de párrafo para crear listas con viñetas.
  • Puedes cambiar el formato de caracteres, por ejemplo, negrita, cursiva, color, tamaño de fuente, o hipervínculos.

Inserción, eliminación o reemplazo de texto

Existen dos maneras de reemplazar texto en una presentación usando la API de Presentaciones: realizando una búsqueda y reemplazo globales, o borrando y agregando texto. En ambas alternativas, se usa el método batchUpdate. pero con diferentes tipos de solicitud.

Búsqueda y reemplazo global

Usa ReplaceAllTextRequest. realizar búsquedas y reemplazos globales a lo largo de tu presentación.

Cómo reemplazar texto dentro de una forma

La API de Presentaciones te permite modificar el contenido de texto de una forma. Puedes quitar rangos individuales de texto, y puedes insertar texto en una ubicación específica.

Usa InsertTextRequest. y DeleteTextRequest. para realizar estas operaciones.

Reemplazar una región específica de texto consiste en una eliminación y, luego, inserción, la que puedes realizar con los siguientes pasos:

  1. Identifica el elemento de página que contiene el texto.
  2. Identifica la posición inicial y final del texto que se reemplazará.
  3. Llama a batchUpdate con las dos solicitudes siguientes:
    1. DeleteTextRequest, especificando el rango de texto que se borrará.
    2. InsertTextRequest, especificando la misma posición de inicio y la cadena de texto o insertarse.

Para garantizar atomicidad cuando reemplaces el texto de esta manera, asegúrate de incluir ambos en la misma llamada al método StatefulSet. Esto se muestra en el siguiente ejemplo, que reemplaza todo el texto de una forma por texto nuevo:

Cambiar el formato de caracteres

El formato de caracteres determina la renderización de caracteres de texto en tu presentación, incluidos el tipo de letra, el color y los hipervínculos.

En la página de conceptos Estructura y estilos de texto, se describe la manera en que la API de Presentaciones representa información de estilo de texto.

Para cambiar el formato de caracteres del texto, usa batchUpdate con el UpdateTextStyleRequest. Debes proporcionar el ID de la forma o la celda de la tabla que contiene el texto. así como un valor Range que incluye la siguiente información:

  • El especificador FIXED_RANGE, junto con los índices de inicio y finalización que definir el rango de texto al que quieras aplicar estilo.
  • El especificador FROM_START_INDEX, junto con un índice de inicio que define al comienzo del rango de texto al que quieras aplicarle estilo.
  • El especificador ALL, sin índices, para aplicar estilo a todo el texto del destino forma.

En el siguiente ejemplo, se realizan varias operaciones de estilo en el texto que se encuentran en una forma:
