When a breakage report is filed at goo.gle/report-3pc-broken and meets all eligibility criteria, Chrome initiates a grace period that allows a site or service continued access to third-party cookies for a limited time. The tool returns all active and expired grace periods, their freshness and opt-out values if available, and recommended next steps.

Who the tool is for

The tool is intended for site developers to monitor their site's temporary exception status, and plan development and testing accordingly. It also allows site developers to verify when their grace period and opt-out values are launched to end users.

How to use the tool

Enter a full, valid URL in the search box at goo.gle/3pc-lookup and press Submit.

The tool returns a table of applicable results for the top-level domain of the entered URL. The table contains details about each temporary exception applied, the scope (coverage) of the exception, and notes for the site owner.

The details column includes granular information for the site owner.
