As observações a seguir se referem aos números na figura acima:

  1. Uma fatura consolidada (CB) tem um limite de 15 mil contas ou faturas que podem ser adicionadas. Se o primeiro faturamento consolidado (CB US1) atingir 15 mil faturas ou contas, todas as próximas faturas ou contas deverão ser adicionadas ao CB US2.

  2. Para configurar o faturamento consolidado na sua conta de administrador, preencha o formulário de inscrição. Primeiro, você precisa ter uma linha de crédito aprovada com o Google. Se ainda não tiver, solicite uma usando o formulário de contato do Google.

  3. As contas inativas (desativadas) podem ser movidas para outra conta de administrador. Separar essas contas ajuda você a ficar dentro do limite de 15 mil. Como precaução, recomendamos que você remova o pedido de orçamento dessas contas para que elas não continuem gastando, a menos que sejam reativadas manualmente.

  4. Se a integração permitir que os usuários usem contas do Google Ads, crie uma conta de administrador separada para elas. O faturamento consolidado não deve ser usado para contas atuais, já que elas podem estar gastando em outros tipos de campanha e provavelmente já têm o faturamento direto configurado.

Orientação técnica

Para configurar e gerenciar o faturamento das contas do Google Ads de comerciantes usando a API, use os recursos BillingSetup para receber e gerenciar a configuração de faturamento em toda a conta. Uma configuração de faturamento é uma associação entre uma conta para pagamentos e uma conta específica do Google Ads. Ele determina quem paga pela conta de um anunciante. Gerenciar orçamentos de conta

Um orçamento da conta define propriedades de orçamento no nível da conta, como horário de início, horário de término e limite de gastos. Todas as mudanças nos orçamentos da conta são feitas enviando propostas separadas, que, depois de revisadas e aprovadas, se tornam orçamentos da conta. Use recursos AccountBudgetProposal para criar AccountBudgets ou atualizar os atuais.

Emitir faturas

Uma fatura é emitida mensalmente quando ativada pelo anunciante. As faturas contêm detalhes como ajustes, custos regulatórios, tributos e orçamentos da conta, e podem ser baixadas como arquivos PDF. Como administrador, você geralmente usa essas ferramentas para conciliar automaticamente as faturas dos seus clientes. Para ativar o faturamento, você precisa do seguinte:
