En esta guía de inicio rápido, se crea un complemento del editor de Formularios de Google que usa activadores para enviar un correo electrónico cuando un usuario responde el formulario.

Requisitos previos

Para usar esta muestra, necesitas los siguientes requisitos previos:

Configura la secuencia de comandos

  1. Crea un formulario de Formularios de Google en forms.new.
  2. Haz clic en Más > Editor de secuencias de comandos.
  3. Haz clic en Proyecto sin título.
  4. Cambia el nombre del proyecto de Apps Script a las Notificaciones de formularios y haz clic en Cambiar nombre.
  5. Haz clic en Agregar un archivo > HTML. Asígnale el nombre sidebar al archivo.
  6. Repite el paso 5 para crear 4 archivos HTML más llamados about, authorizationEmail, creatorNotification y respondentNotification. Cuando hayas terminado, deberías tener 1 archivo de secuencia de comandos y 5 archivos HTML.

Ejecuta la secuencia de comandos:

  1. Regresa al formulario y actualiza la página.
  2. Agrega una pregunta de respuesta breve a tu formulario. En Pregunta sin título, ingresa Dirección de correo electrónico. De manera opcional, puedes crear otras preguntas del formulario.
  3. Haz clic en Complementos > Notificaciones de formulario. Es posible que los complementos tarden varios segundos en aparecer.
  4. En el cuadro de diálogo, haz clic en Configurar notificaciones.
  5. Cuando se te solicite, autoriza el complemento.
  6. Una vez más, haga clic en Complementos > Notificaciones de formularios > Configurar notificaciones.
  7. En el complemento, marca la casilla Notificarme y, luego, ingresa tu dirección de correo electrónico.
  8. En Enviar notificaciones después de cada, ingresa 1.
  9. Haz clic en Guardar.
  10. Para enviar una respuesta, haz clic en Obtener vista previa .
  11. Completa el formulario y haz clic en Enviar.
