`advertiserId`	`string (int64 format)` 擁有父項自訂出價演算法的廣告主 ID。

聯集參數 accessor。必要欄位。識別擁有父項自訂出價演算法的 DV360 實體。可能是合作夥伴或廣告主。accessor 只能是下列其中一項：

partnerId

string (int64 format)

擁有父項自訂出價演算法的合作夥伴 ID。

advertiserId

string (int64 format)

擁有父項自訂出價演算法的廣告主 ID。

要求主體必須為空白。

如果成功，回應主體會包含 CustomBiddingAlgorithmRules 的執行例項。
