This documentation describes how to get a specific partner using an HTTP GET request.
The request requires a partnerId path parameter and an empty request body.
A successful response contains an instance of a Partner object.
The request requires the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/display-video OAuth scope for authorization.

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

Required. The ID of the partner to fetch.

If successful, the response body contains an instance of Partner
