Method: customBiddingAlgorithms.uploadScript

为脚本文件创建自定义出价脚本引用对象。

生成的引用对象会提供应将脚本文件上传到的资源路径。创建新的自定义出价脚本对象时，应包含此引用对象。

网址采用 gRPC 转码语法。

联合参数 `owner`。必需。标识拥有父级自定义出价算法的 DV360 实体。它可以是合作伙伴或广告客户。`owner` 只能是下列其中一项：
`partnerId`	`string (int64 format)` 拥有父级自定义出价算法的合作伙伴的 ID。只有此合作伙伴拥有此自定义出价脚本的写入权限。
`advertiserId`	`string (int64 format)` 拥有父级自定义出价算法的广告客户 ID。

联合参数 owner。必需。标识拥有父级自定义出价算法的 DV360 实体。它可以是合作伙伴或广告客户。owner 只能是下列其中一项：

partnerId

string (int64 format)

拥有父级自定义出价算法的合作伙伴的 ID。

只有此合作伙伴拥有此自定义出价脚本的写入权限。

advertiserId

string (int64 format)

拥有父级自定义出价算法的广告客户 ID。

请求正文必须为空。

如果成功，则响应正文包含一个 CustomBiddingScriptRef 实例。
