Funktionsweise

Anhand eines Aktivitätsplans in Google Tabellen erstellt das Skript ein Google-Formular, in dem Mitarbeiter ihre Aktivitätspräferenzen auswählen können. Sobald die Antworten eingegangen sind, gleicht das Skript die Mitarbeiterpräferenzen mit dem Zeitplan und der Kapazität der einzelnen Aktivitäten ab. Die Übereinstimmungen werden in zwei neuen Tabellen angezeigt, eine nach Mitarbeiter und die andere nach Aktivität.

Skript ausführen

  1. Klicken Sie in der kopierten Tabelle auf Aktivitäten > Formular erstellen. Möglicherweise müssen Sie die Seite aktualisieren, damit dieses benutzerdefinierte Menü angezeigt wird.
  2. Autorisieren Sie das Skript, wenn Sie dazu aufgefordert werden. Wenn auf dem OAuth-Zustimmungsbildschirm die Warnung Diese Anwendung wurde nicht überprüft angezeigt wird, wählen Sie Erweitert > Zu {Projektname} (unsicher) aus.

  3. Klicken Sie noch einmal auf Aktivitäten > Formular erstellen.

  4. Klicken Sie zum Generieren von Testantworten auf Aktivitäten > Testdaten generieren.

  5. Wenn Sie das Formular selbst testen möchten, klicken Sie auf Tools > Formular verwalten > Zum Live-Formular.

  6. Fülle das Formular aus und reiche es ein.

  7. Klicken Sie in der Tabelle auf Aktivitäten > Aktivitäten zuweisen.

  8. Sehen Sie sich die beiden neuen Tabellen Aktivitäten nach Person und Aktivitätslisten an.
